Alice Springs Tours

Alice Springs is a great place to begin an Australian outback adventure tour. There are many half day, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 + day tours visiting many amazing outback destinations such as The Western MacDonnell ranges, Palm Valley, Kings Canyon, Uluru (Ayers Rock) and Kata Tjuta (The Olgas) to name a few. Alice Springs and surrounding regions offers tours from historic, cultural, wildlife or nature to adventure touring.

Kings Canyon, Watarrka National Park, is located 450 kilometres south west of Alice Springs in the Ayers Rock, (Uluru-Kata Tjuta) region of the Northern Territory. The ‘Canyon Rim Walk' requires a reasonable level of fitness as the initial ascent to the top can be demanding but very rewarding. Whilst there are day tours from Alice Springs to the Ayers Rock region, due to the vast distances, it would be wise to sleep a few nights on one of the over ngiht tours. Many of the over night tours departing from Alice Springs will include a stop a Kings Canyon on the way to Ayers Rock and the Olgas.
