With this Green Island and Kuranda Train and Skyrail tour package you have two options. You can fit them both into one action packaged day or spread them out over two separate days if you wish. If you only have one day and are on a budget, this is a good value package.

Departure Dates: This package can commence any day of the year. If you chose the one day package: You begin at around 8am, and return to your hotel by around 5.30pm. If you chose the two day package, you start at 9am or 11am and returns by 5pm on day 1, then the second day starts at around 9am and returns by around 4pm. Due to scheduled Skyrail maintenance, the Skyrail is not running on 25 Dec.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day of travel. The ONE DAY PACKAGE: (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Featuring a Green Island reef cruise in the morning and a Skyrail and Train tour in the afternoon, this is a great way to spend a day, especially if you only have limited time. The tour includes drop of only,pick up is optional so all you need to do is enjoy the tours

The TWO DAY PACKAGE: (Day 1: 9am or 11am - 5pm; Day 2: 9am - 4pm)

A full day reef cruise departing Cairns at 9.00am allows 5 hours on Green Island and arrives back in Cairns at 5.00pm. Travel time to Green Island is just over one hour from Cairns. You can take part in the many activities available or simply relax on the beach. Our friendly crew will help you to organise your activities to make the most of your time on Green Island. Green Island is a beautiful coral cay on Australia’s Great Barrier Reef. Green Island is a Marine National Park with unique rainforests, surrounded by white sandy beaches and magnificent coral reefs and abundant marine life.(lunch at own expense)

The second day, you are picked up at your Cairns hotel at around 9am Travel to Kuranda is aboard the famous Kuranda Scenic Railway. Enjoy free time to explore Kuranda’s attractions and shops. You can visit Rainforestation where you will experience an amphibious Army Duck tour of the rainforest, koala & wildlife park and the Pamagirri Aboriginal Dancers and Dreamtime Walk.(at your own expense) Return to Cairns is on Skyrail where you will glide silently over the Rainforest canopy. Lunch is at your own expense on this day. (Order of Train & Skyrail may change)

Optional Extras:
For an extra $12 you can include both options of use of snorkelling gear and the glass bottom boat tour.
You have the opportunity to do an Introductory Dive for an extra $132 per person and no experience is necessary, or, $90 per person for one certified dive subject to availability on the day.
