This 30 minute Reef Scenic Flight is the perfect way for you to gain an appreciation of the immensity of the Great Barrier Reef. During your flight you will see over 100 kilometers of the Outer Barrier as well as many inner islands, reefs and sand cays.

Operates daily with a minimum of 2 passengers. Please note the actual flight route may vary to allow us to show you the best of the Great Barrier Reef. All passengers have a window seat.

More Information:

During your Reef Scenic Flight you will fly over Green Island, Arlington Reef, Heart Reef. Vlassof Cay, Upolu Cay and Michaelmas Cay. Green Island is a picturesque coral cay situated 26 kilometers north east of Cairns. At certain times of the year pods of whales are often spotted in the vicinity of Green Island.

Marine life spotting is a highlight of Reef Scenic Flights. Manta Rays, large Green Turtles, Dugong, Sharks and at certain times of the year Whales can clearly be seen from the aircraft.

No fees to pay the deposit by credit card. Taxes, Marine park fees and Standard aviation public liability.

Not Included in price:
Hotel transfers. Taxi from Cairns city area hotels would cost around $15-$20. 3% surcharge if paying the balance for your tour by credit card.

Sunglasses, camera and plenty of film.

Transfers:
Please make your own way to the General Aviation airport approx 30 minutes prior to flight departure time and allow approx 30 minutes after flight lands before you book your next activity. Bus Transfers from hotels outside of Cairns area can be arranged separately by us, should they be required. $20 each way from Cairns beaches hotels and $28 each way from Port Douglas hotels.
