Departing Cairns at 10.30 am on a helicopter for your 20 minute scenic flight to the outer reef. Here you will board the pontoon, where there are a multitude of activities to enjoy including coral viewing through the semi-submersible and underwater observatory, snorkeling, and a delicious hot and cold buffet lunch. After spending the day snorkelling and swimming you will then depart the Reef on the catamaran for your cruise back to Cairns.
Departure Dates: These tours can commence any day of the year subject to availability. Advance bookings are recommended as the helicopter only seats six people. The tours will run with a minimum of 3 people however bookings are welcome for less than this.
How to Book: You can book online via the rates table's "Add to Itinerary" button. A 25% deposit payment as well as the approximate body weight of each person is required at the time of booking. The final balance is paid on the day of travel. Pick up and drop off to holiday accommodation from Cairns to Palm Cove is inclusive. Please advise the name of your hotel once you have decided where you will stay.
Itinerary:
10:00 Complimentary pick-up from your accommodation and transfer to Heli-Base for a helicopter safety briefing prior to boarding.
10:30 Depart Cairns
10.55 Arrive Marine World
Up to 4.5 hours at the reef and all standard Marine World inclusions.
15:30 Depart Marine World on board Reef Magic
17:00 Arrive back to Cairns

The approximate body weight for each passenger. Passenger weight restrictions apply for the helicopter tour. Any passenger over 110kg will incur a $90 surcharge because there will be less seats sold on that tour.
