Booking Policy

Amendments to the dates of travel can be made with at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellation Policy:
·30 – 3 days prior to travel, a 25% cancellation fee applies
·Less than 3 days prior to travel, a 100% cancellation fee applies
A $50 per person administration fee applies to every cancellation greater than 30 days prior to the date of travel.

Transfer Details

Hotel pick up and drop off is included for most Cairns hotels on each day of the package except for on the day you visit the Great Barrier Reef. If your hotel is not walking distance to the marina it will cost $16 per person extra to arrange a hotel pcik up and drop off.
