Travel on this pass can start in Brisbane/Surfers Paradise or Sydney and you can hop on and off wherever you like along the way. Travel is only allowed in one direction, no backtracking is allowed. If you do backtrack you will not have enough travel available to complete the trip and you will be required to pay for additional travel.

Booking Terms and Conditions:

All Bus Pass Bookings are Non-Refundable. * Bookings are transferable to another service up until departure of the original service, or made open dated for future use and remains valid until used or for 6 months from the date of first purchase whichever is sooner. * Open dated tickets can be used toward any sectors on Greyhound Australia and partner services * Bookings on Services cancelled due to natural disasters will be made open dated for future use and remain valid until used or for 6 months from the date of first purchase, whichever is sooner.

2. All Bookings are Non-Transferable to other persons

3. The sector will be deemed to have been travelled if the passenger fails to board a coach, has been ejected from a service for violent or disorderly behaviour or fails to confirm their booking for a pick up at an on request stop (ONR) that was booked on the same day as the scheduled departure.

4. Unlimited changes are allowed within the ticket validity period.

Booking Information

If you hold a YHA, VIP, Nomads, ISIC Card, you are entitled to a 10% discount on the above prices. This card must be shown when you first use your pass.

Booking Policy

Baggage includes all items which accompany a passenger whilst aboard a Greyhound vehicle, either within the baggage storage bins or carried on board by the passenger. The total amount of baggage entitlement per person is two pieces (excluding carry-on baggage). The passenger must pay $10 for each additional piece of baggage up to a maximum of three items. Anyone wishing to carry more than 5 items should be referred to the Freight Department and relevant fees will apply. No items are to be more than 20kg or 2m in any dimension. For all Coach Travel Pass holders, excess luggage will be charged at a rate of 10% of the Travel Pass Value. This will remain valid for the duration of the Pass.
