This is a three day Ayers Rock tour that includes two days of touring Ayers Rock and the Olgas, followed by a day to explore Kings Canyon as well. Two night's accommodation are also included at Ayers Rock Resort in your choice of budget through to first class hotel rooms.
To join this tour you would need to first get to Ayers Rock. The easiest way to arrive is by plane. Experience Uluru, Kata Tjuta National Park, Watarrka National Park and Kings Canyon, and have the opportunity to capture the brilliant sunset and sunrise at Uluru. These also time to walk around Uluru (Ayers Rock) and do a visit to the Walpa Gorge at the Olgas (Kata Tjuta).

Concludes: 7.00pm in Alice Springs and 4.30pm (Oct - Mar)

Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Welcome to Uluṟu (Ayers Rock) – Uluṟu Barbecue Dinner
On arrival at Ayers Rock Airport you will be transferred to the resort (flights to arrive prior to 3.00pm). This evening view sunset and the changing colours of Uluṟu while enjoying nibbles and complimentary wine. Travel to our exclusive venue to enjoy a delicious barbecue dinner and stargazing (weather permitting). Enjoy sparkling wine on arrival and dine on a meal of steak, lamb sausages, skewered chicken, garlic prawns and a selection of fresh salads and a tasty dessert. All accompanied by a selection of wines, beers and soft drinks.
Hotel: Outback Pioneer Lodge (Budget), Outback Pioneer Hotel (Standard), Desert Gardens Hotel (Superior) or Sails in the Desert Hotel (First Class), Ayers Rock Resort, 2 nights.

Day 2: Uluṟu Sunrise – Valley of the Winds – Kata Tjuṯa Sunset
Rise early to watch the first rays of the sun set the Red Centre alight. After sunrise join your guide for a drive around the base of Uluṟu. Then travel by coach to the Kuniya Walk where you will be escorted to the Mutitjulu Waterhole. View Aboriginal rock art and hear about the Aboriginal and European history of the area. Visit the Uluru – Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre to see locally-made arts and crafts.
This afternoon travel to Kata Tjuṯa. Enjoy a 2-3 hour walk through the domes to the Valley of the Winds (shorter walk available). Marvel at an outback sunset while enjoying complimentary wine.

Experience the sacred beauty and culture of Uluru led by a member of the Anangu people. View the majestic sunrise at Uluru then enjoy breakfast before joining your guide for an interpretive walk at Uluru’s base. Immerse yourself in the Anangu culture as you gather around a campfire and learn about ancient bush skills.
Drive through sandhill country towards Kings Canyon, stopping for a breakfast at Kings Creek Station. Climb to the rim of the canyon for marvellous views of Watarrka National Park (for those with a good level of fitness). Continue the 3 hour walk around the canyon with your guide and learn about its geology. Alternatively, enjoy a more leisurely 1½ hour walk along the boulder-strewn canyon floor. This afternoon travel on to Alice Springs.

What to bring
Uluru – Kata Tjuta National Park Fee: AUD$25 per person. (included in the rates above but payable locally)
Sturdy walking shoes (preferably ankle high), hat and sunscreen, towel and toiletries, swimming gear, warm clothing, water bottle, torch, insect repellant, fly net to cover your head if you are bothered by flies (outback tours particularly), camera, money for optional snacks you might want to buy and/or meals not included on the specific tour you might be doing.
How much luggage can I bring?
One medium size suitcase per person, the sum of its length/width and depth not to exceed 140cm (56") plus an overnight bag (airline bag size) which may be carried on-board the coach. Maximum weight of all luggage not to exceed 20Kg (44lbs). We are required by strict Government vehicle weight regulations to enforce and adhere to this limit.

Greater than 42 Days prior = A $200 per person cancellation fee.
42 -7days 20% + $200,
6 - 1 days 50% + $200,
Day of Departure 100% cancellation fees.
